A service tailored for Loss Adjusters and Property Management Companies

When a family needs to vacate from their home, they may wish to be relocated within the curtilage of their property for a variety of reasons including schooling, security or if there are pets or livestock to be looked after.

We work closely with the loss adjuster or property management company to ensure that the right caravan is supplied for the clients needs. Our service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and caravans can be on site within 24 hours.

We offer a range of caravans to suit different needs from 'tourers' to large 'statics'.

How the service works

As soon as a property has become uninhabitable the family or business will contact their insurer who in turn will contact a property management company or loss adjuster.

Teepee Homes work directly for the nominated Loss Adjuster or Property Management Company.

Once contacted, we will deliver a suitable caravan to the site and locate the vehicle either close to the affected property or other designated area. We ensure the caravan is fully functional with electricity, a water supply, gas, cooking facilities and sanitation. The caravan is then left at the location until the property can be inhabited. Depending on circumstances, we can supply either large static caravans or smaller touring models.

In the case of flooding or other natural disasters, Teepee Homes can install a large number of caravans at very short notice, sometimes within 24 hours. In cases such as these, large areas are needed to locate the caravans such as disused airfields or car parks. Normally, the local council will arrange these locations.
